Biography
Dr. Wagner completed a Ph.D. in Special Education (Policy and Systems Change) at the University of Kansas, where she was a doctoral fellow with the Leadership for System-wide Inclusive Education initiative, a joint program with Stanford University. A New York City Teaching Fellow, she earned her special education certification and a master’s degree from Relay Graduate School of Education while teaching students in grades 6–12. Her research and teaching advance inclusive education for students of all abilities. Her work has appeared in Teaching Exceptional Children, Exceptional Children, and the International Journal of Qualitative Studies in Education.
